Food security has become a complex process that requires the synergy of many actors, whether international or non-international, as the national state is facing a major challenge to achieve its food security, in light of the systemic changes defined by the international system.

La sécurité alimentaire est devenue un processus complexe qui nécessite la synergie de nombreux acteurs, qu'ils soient internationaux ou non internationaux, car l'État national fait face à un défi majeur pour atteindre sa sécurité alimentaire, à la lumière des changements systémiques définis par le système international.
